随着上海和香港两地交流的日益密切，有关两地之间的对比研究不仅应该从经济社会的层面展开，更应该从人的层面展开。在沪港对比的背景下展开实证研究，考察了外在动机对个体创新的影响以及知识共享在其中发挥的中介作用。研究结果表明：成就动机在上海和香港都对个体创新具有正向影响，并且成就动机在香港的作用效果更强；职业发展抱负仅在上海对个体创新具有正向影响；知识共享可以中介成就动机和职业发展抱负对个体创新的作用。

With the increasing communication between Shanghai and Hong Kong, the comparative researches between them should not only be made at the society and economy level but also at the people level. This study aims to explore the effect of external motiva-tion on creativity and the mediation effect of knowledge sharing through an empirical research. The result indicates that achievement motivation has positive effect on creativity in both Shanghai and Hong Kong and the effect is stronger in Hong Kong. Career advance-ment ambition has positive effect on creativity only in Shanghai. Knowledge sharing can mediate the effect of achievement motivation and career advancement ambition on creativity.
