该试验应用电镜扫描技术,观察比较板井小绿叶蝉成虫雌、雄两性的触角及感器的形态、数量和分布。结果表明,板井小绿叶蝉雌、雄成虫,触角均呈刚毛状,包括柄节、梗节和鞭节3部分,两性间无差异。柄节及梗节较粗短,其上具多个鳞形感器,梗节近端部着生3~5根毛形感器;鞭节细长,分为多亚节,第2、3亚节上各有1个毛形感器,雌虫第4亚节和雄虫第2 亚节上各有1锥形感器,其余亚节上均无感器。雌、雄性成虫触角表面都有刺体,且均为球状刺体。因此,板井小绿叶蝉的触角感器的类型及数量在雌雄个体间无差异。这些结果为板井小绿叶蝉的行为生物学、化学生态学和电生理学的研究提供参考。

해시험응용전경소묘기술,관찰비교판정소록협선성충자、웅량성적촉각급감기적형태、수량화분포。결과표명,판정소록협선자、웅성충,촉각균정강모상,포괄병절、경절화편절3부분,량성간무차이。병절급경절교조단,기상구다개린형감기,경절근단부착생3~5근모형감기;편절세장,분위다아절,제2、3아절상각유1개모형감기,자충제4아절화웅충제2 아절상각유1추형감기,기여아절상균무감기。자、웅성성충촉각표면도유자체,차균위구상자체。인차,판정소록협선적촉각감기적류형급수량재자웅개체간무차이。저사결과위판정소록협선적행위생물학、화학생태학화전생이학적연구제공삼고。
Antennal sensilla types,number and distribution of male and female of Empoasca (s.str.)sakaii Dworakowska were studied by scanning electron microscope.The results showed that an-tenna setaceous consisted of basal scape,pedicel and long flagellum.There was no obvious difference be-tween male and female.Numerous sensilla squamiformia were distributed on the short scape and pedicel, and 3 ~5 sensilla trichodea were fund on the apex of pedicel.Slender flagellum was composed of many segments.Two sensilla basiconic were distributed on the 2nd and 3rd segment of flagellum respectively.A sensilla basiconic was fund on the 4th and 2nd segment for female and male respectively.There were no sensilla on the other part of the flagellum.For both the male and the female,bulbiform brochosomes were fund on the surface of the antennae.Types and number of female sensilla were similar to those of male.These results supplied basis for further study on behavioral biology,chemical ecology and electro-physiology of E.sakaii.
