在国家倡导绿色节能减排的背景下,房地产开发企业为响应国家号召,应加大低碳减排评价力度,创新评价方法,为国民营造绿色健康的生活环境。以生命周期理论及人工鱼群算法为理论基础,构建了房地产开发项目碳减排能力评价指标体系,并提出了一种基于人工鱼群算法和主成分分析方法的综合评价方法。通过算例分析,该评价方法可以有效地评价房地产开发项目的碳减排能力,并可将项目或方案的碳减排能力进行排序比较,可以为开发商或审批部门的低碳减排项目决策提供参考依据。

Under the background of advocating green energy conservation and emissions reduction, real estate enterprises in response to a national call should increase the intensity of low carbon emission e-valuation and innovate evaluation methods to create a healthy and green living environment for citizens. Based on life cycle theory and the artificial fish swarm algorithm(AFSA), carbon reduction ability evaluation index system is built for real estate development project, proposing a comprehensive evaluating method of principal component analysis method based on artificial fish swarm algorithm. Through example analysis, the evaluation method can effectively evaluate carbon reduction ability of real estate project, and will be able to compare carbon emission reduction capacity, as a reference to developers or verifying department for project decision on low carbon emissions.
