兔病毒性出血症在我国首先暴发的一类兔病毒性传染病，是目前危害我国养兔业的主要传染病之一，每年都给我国养兔业造成了巨大的经济损失。尤其近年来RHDV发生较大遗传变异，陆续发现无血凝性的变异株，给RHD的综合防控增加了难度。笔者查阅相关文献资料并结合自身多年临床工作经验，将我国RHDV的发病概况以及病毒常用检测技术进行全面综述，以期为我国RHD综合防控措施的制定提供参考依据。

Rabbit hemorrhagic disease (RHD) is a class of rabbit viral infectious diseases, which first out?breaked in China. It is one of the main infectious diseases in our country and has caused enormous economic losses every year. Especially in recent years, it was founded that the RHDV can occured the large genetic varia?tion and no hemagglutinating mutation. That increased the difficulty for the comprehensive prevention and con?trol of RHD. In order to provide the reference for the formulation of the control of RHD in china, the author con?sulted a comprehensive review about the occurrence and the virus detection technique of RHDV in our country.
