本文研究在脉冲条件下,硅波导的尺寸对于硅波导拉曼增益的影响。硅的非线性拉曼效应可被用于制作放大器,波长转换器,激光器等光器件。通过研究波导尺寸对硅波导拉曼增益的影响有利于进一步提高硅基光器件的性能,为硅光子集成电路发展打下基础。

In this paper ,the size of the silicon waveguide effect on the Raman gain of the silicon waveguide was studied under the condition of the pulse. The nonlinear Raman effect of the silicon can be used to make amplifier, wavelength converters, laser optical device and so on. So a research on the issue has the advantage to improve the performance of silicon-based optical devices as well as to lay the foundation for the integrated circuits on silicon photonic.
