目的：观察活血调经丸治疗人工流产术后月经过少的临床疗效及安全性。方法将126例患者随机分为对照组和观察组，各63例。对照组患者采用克龄蒙治疗，观察组患者加用活血调经丸治疗，疗程均为3个月经周期。观察治疗总有效率，治疗前后测定血清卵泡刺激素（FSH）、促黄体生成激素（LH）、催乳素（PRL）、雌二醇（E2）及孕酮（P）水平，同时观察治疗过程中不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者治疗后月经量均较治疗前显著增加，且观察组增加更明显（ P＜0.05）；观察组患者总有效率为88.89%，显著高于对照组的73.02%（ P＜0.05）。两组患者治疗后的FSH，LH，PRL，E2，P水平较治疗前有显著改善（ P＜0.05），且观察组患者的FSH，E2，P水平较对照组改善明显（ P＜0.05）；两组患者治疗过程中不良反应发生率无显著性差异。结论活血调经丸治疗人工流产术后月经过少安全、有效，能显著提高疗效并调节患者的内分泌功能紊乱。
목적：관찰활혈조경환치료인공유산술후월경과소적림상료효급안전성。방법장126례환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조，각63례。대조조환자채용극령몽치료，관찰조환자가용활혈조경환치료，료정균위3개월경주기。관찰치료총유효솔，치료전후측정혈청란포자격소（FSH）、촉황체생성격소（LH）、최유소（PRL）、자이순（E2）급잉동（P）수평，동시관찰치료과정중불량반응발생정황。결과량조환자치료후월경량균교치료전현저증가，차관찰조증가경명현（ P＜0.05）；관찰조환자총유효솔위88.89%，현저고우대조조적73.02%（ P＜0.05）。량조환자치료후적FSH，LH，PRL，E2，P수평교치료전유현저개선（ P＜0.05），차관찰조환자적FSH，E2，P수평교대조조개선명현（ P＜0.05）；량조환자치료과정중불량반응발생솔무현저성차이。결론활혈조경환치료인공유산술후월경과소안전、유효，능현저제고료효병조절환자적내분비공능문란。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Huoxue Tiaojing Pills in treating hypomenorrhea after artificial a-bortion. Methods Totally 126 patients were randomly divided into the the observation group and control group,63 cases in each group. The control group was given the Climen treatment,whereas on the basis of the control group the observation group was combined with Huoxue Tiaojing Pills treatment. The treatment course in both groups was 3 menstrual cycles. The total effective rate was observed in both groups. The serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),prolactin(PRL),estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P) levels before and after treatment were detected and the occurrence situation of adverse reactions was observe in both groups during the treatment process. Results The menstrual quantity after treatment in both groups was significantly increased compared with before treat-ment,moreover the increase in the observation group was more obvious,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05);the total effective rate in the observation group was 88. 89%,which was significantly higher than 73. 02% in the control group( P < 0. 05). The FSH,LH,PRL,E2 and P levels after treatment in both groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment( P < 0. 05);the improvement of the FSH,E2 and P levels after treatment in the observation group was more significant( P < 0. 05). The adverse re-actions in both groups occurred during the treatment process had no signifiantly difference. Conclusion Huoxue Tiaojing Pills in the treatment of hypomenorrhea after artificial abortion is safe and effective,and can significantly improve the therapeutic efficacy and medi-ate the endocrine function disorders.
