主观幸福感是积极心理学研究的重要领域,是个体对自己生活状态的整体性评估。免费师范生主观幸福感水平高低将对其心理健康产生影响。通过问卷调查来研究免费师范生与非免费师范生主观幸福感的差异,找出影响免费师范生主观幸福感的主要因素,并提出提升主观幸福感的建议。调查结果表明:湖南第一师范学院师范生整体自述幸福感总体水平较高,但免费师范生、男师范生、独生子女的自述幸福感均低于对照组;免费师范生与非免费师范生的幸福感各维度排序除“正性情感”和“生活满意”两个维度外基本上趋于一致;幸福感各维度在人口学统计指标上面不存在显著差异( p>0.05)。影响免费师范生主观幸福感因素包括内部和外部因素,给着手提升学生的主观幸福感提供了启示。

SWB( subjective well-being),which is an overall evaluation of individual living state,is an important field of positive psychology. The SWB of tuition-free normal undergraduates has a great influence on their mental health. A questionnaire was designed to find out the differences of the SWB between tuition-free normal undergraduates and other normal undergraduates as well as its main influencing factors and to propose some suggestions on improving subjective well-being. Research findings show:AVH( avowed happi-ness)is generally good,but the AVH of tuition-free undergraduates,male students,only child students are lower than that of the con-trol groups;all dimensions are consistent between the two groups except“positive emotion”and“life satisfaction”;dimensions in de-mographic indicators do not have significant differences(p>0. 05). The factors affecting SWB include the internal and external ones, which provide implications to the measures that can be taken to improve SWB.
