近年来药物小分子与DNA相互作用的研究引起广泛关注并取得了重要进展。其中黄酮类化合物在自然界尤其是植物中大量存在,具有广泛的生物学作用,包括抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗突变、抗炎症、抗菌等活性,且其结构有利于配合物的形成,亦可作为金属离子的良好配体。探讨黄酮类化合物及其金属配合物与核酸相互作用的研究进展,为开发黄酮类抗癌新药提供一些有用信息。
近年來藥物小分子與DNA相互作用的研究引起廣汎關註併取得瞭重要進展。其中黃酮類化閤物在自然界尤其是植物中大量存在,具有廣汎的生物學作用,包括抗腫瘤、抗氧化、抗突變、抗炎癥、抗菌等活性,且其結構有利于配閤物的形成,亦可作為金屬離子的良好配體。探討黃酮類化閤物及其金屬配閤物與覈痠相互作用的研究進展,為開髮黃酮類抗癌新藥提供一些有用信息。

In recent years,the molecular interaction between small molecules and nucleic acids has attracted extensive attention and made great progress due to their significant scientific meanings and potential application in the field of medicine and molecular biology. Flavonoids are polyphenolic compounds which widely distributed in plants and abundanted in some foods. And it can act as metallic chelator due to its peculiar structure. These compounds are characterized by having high biological activities and many pharmacological properties very useful for the treatment of several diseases. This review highlights the flavonoids and their different metal complexes as well as their interactions with DNA which analytical techniques is fluorescence by several research groups. Especially for the application development of new antitumour medicines.
