目的：建立住院药房药师与临床科室之间的良性沟通模式。方法针对住院药房药师与临床科室之间出现的沟通不畅问题，采用建立住院药房工作时刻明细表、药师参与临床制度、加强职业培训等方式，初步建立起良性沟通模式。结果提高了药师服务效率和质量，加强了药师与临床科室的沟通。结论良性沟通模式的初步建立，可使药师在促进合理用药方面发挥有效的作用，并能与临床科室组成有机整体，最终促进医疗工作的有效运行。
목적：건립주원약방약사여림상과실지간적량성구통모식。방법침대주원약방약사여림상과실지간출현적구통불창문제，채용건립주원약방공작시각명세표、약사삼여림상제도、가강직업배훈등방식，초보건립기량성구통모식。결과제고료약사복무효솔화질량，가강료약사여림상과실적구통。결론량성구통모식적초보건립，가사약사재촉진합리용약방면발휘유효적작용，병능여림상과실조성유궤정체，최종촉진의료공작적유효운행。
Objective To establish a good communication mode between the pharmacists in the inpatient dispensary and the clinical de-partments. Methods Aiming at the miscommunication problems between the pharmacists in the inpatient dispensary and the clinical departments,the good communication pattern was initially established by adopting the work time schedule of the inpatient pharmacy,the system of pharmacists participating in clinic,as well as strengthening the professional training,etc. Results The communication mode played an effective role in improving the pharmacist service efficiency and service quality,and strengthening the communication between the pharmacists and the clinical departments. Conclusion The initial establishment of good communication mode made the pharmacists play an effective role in promoting the rational drug use,let the pharmacists to be an organic element in clinical departments,and ulti-mately promote the effective operation of medical work.
