目的：探讨厚朴排气合剂对于胃癌术后早期胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法：将87例胃癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组常规方法处理基础上加用厚朴排气合剂，观察术后首次肠鸣音出现时间、排气排便时间、恶心呕吐及腹胀发生情况并进行统计学分析。结果：治疗组的规律肠鸣音出现时间、第一次排便排气时间均明显短于对照组（P <0.05），恶心呕吐及腹痛腹胀等不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组（ P <0.05）。结论：胃癌术后早期应用厚朴排气合剂不但可以恢复胃肠功能，而且可以减少术后并发症的发生。
목적：탐토후박배기합제대우위암술후조기위장공능회복적영향。방법：장87례위암환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，치료조상규방법처리기출상가용후박배기합제，관찰술후수차장명음출현시간、배기배편시간、악심구토급복창발생정황병진행통계학분석。결과：치료조적규률장명음출현시간、제일차배편배기시간균명현단우대조조（P <0.05），악심구토급복통복창등불량반응발생솔균명현저우대조조（ P <0.05）。결론：위암술후조기응용후박배기합제불단가이회복위장공능，이차가이감소술후병발증적발생。
Objective:To observe the effect of Houpupaiqi Heji on the gastrointestinal function of patients after gastric cancer surgery. Methods:Eighty - seven patients of gastric cancer were divided randomly into treatment group and control group. The latter was given the common treatments and on this basis treatment group was given Houpu-paiqi Heji. The curative effect of two groups were observed. Results:The time when the patients emerging bowel sounds regular and passage of gas by anus of treated group were obviously different from the control group(P <0. 05). Nausea vomiting,abdominal pain,abdominal distension of treatment group were obviously different from the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Houpupaiqi Heji is available to early anastate the gastrointestinal function,re-duces the postoperative complications.
