目的：探索 AGGF1在肝癌中的表达情况及与肝癌患者预后的关系。方法：对180例肝癌组织及癌旁组织进行 AGGF1免疫组织化学检测，并对其表达与患者预后的关系进行分析。结果：AGGF1在肝癌组织中的表达比癌旁组织高（P <0.001），Kaplan - Meier 曲线分析发现 AGGF1表达高的患者生存较差（P =0.002）。COX 回归模型分析发现 AGGF1可以作为一个独立指标预测肝癌患者术后生存。结论：肝癌患者AGGF1高表达预示着较差预后，并且 AGGF1可以作为一个独立因素来预测肝癌患者术后生存。
목적：탐색 AGGF1재간암중적표체정황급여간암환자예후적관계。방법：대180례간암조직급암방조직진행 AGGF1면역조직화학검측，병대기표체여환자예후적관계진행분석。결과：AGGF1재간암조직중적표체비암방조직고（P <0.001），Kaplan - Meier 곡선분석발현 AGGF1표체고적환자생존교차（P =0.002）。COX 회귀모형분석발현 AGGF1가이작위일개독립지표예측간암환자술후생존。결론：간암환자AGGF1고표체예시착교차예후，병차 AGGF1가이작위일개독립인소래예측간암환자술후생존。
Objective:To determine the expression of AGGF1 in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),investigate their relationships with the progression of hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods:All 180 HCC tissues and pericancer tissues were determine by immunohistochemistry(IHC),prognoses of 180 patients was analysed by Kaplan - Meier curve and COX regression. Results:The expression of AGGF1 in HCC tissues was higher than the pericancer(P < 0. 001). The survival rate of patients with high AGGF1 expression was poorer than patients with low AGGF1 expression(P =0. 002). The COX model analysis found that AGGF1 expression was independent biomarker in progression of HCC pa-tients. Conclusion:The high expression of AGGF1 predict poorer prognosis in HCC patients.
