目的:基于Hertz弹性接触模型,基于原子力显微镜( AFM)研究姜黄素对肺癌细胞的机械特性尤其是弹性模量的影响。方法:利用核小体酶联免疫吸附试验检测姜黄素作用后的细胞凋亡,利用AFM检测癌细胞的表面形貌和机械特性。结果:姜黄素明显诱导癌细胞产生凋亡,凋亡细胞的弹性模量和硬度明显增加。结论:姜黄素诱导细胞凋亡的机制提示细胞骨架的参与,癌细胞的硬度增加可能进一步抑制细胞的远处迁移和运动。
目的:基于Hertz彈性接觸模型,基于原子力顯微鏡( AFM)研究薑黃素對肺癌細胞的機械特性尤其是彈性模量的影響。方法:利用覈小體酶聯免疫吸附試驗檢測薑黃素作用後的細胞凋亡,利用AFM檢測癌細胞的錶麵形貌和機械特性。結果:薑黃素明顯誘導癌細胞產生凋亡,凋亡細胞的彈性模量和硬度明顯增加。結論:薑黃素誘導細胞凋亡的機製提示細胞骨架的參與,癌細胞的硬度增加可能進一步抑製細胞的遠處遷移和運動。
목적:기우Hertz탄성접촉모형,기우원자력현미경( AFM)연구강황소대폐암세포적궤계특성우기시탄성모량적영향。방법:이용핵소체매련면역흡부시험검측강황소작용후적세포조망,이용AFM검측암세포적표면형모화궤계특성。결과:강황소명현유도암세포산생조망,조망세포적탄성모량화경도명현증가。결론:강황소유도세포조망적궤제제시세포골가적삼여,암세포적경도증가가능진일보억제세포적원처천이화운동。
Objective:To study the effect of curcumin on mechanical properties of lung cancer cells, especially on the modulus of elasticity.Methods:Use nucleosome enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to detect cell apoptosis after curcu-min role,and use atomic force microscope to detect the surface morphology and mechanical properties of cancer cells.Re-sults:Curcumin significantly induced apoptosis of cancer cells, and the elastic modulus and hardness of the apoptosis cells increased significantly.Conclusion:The mechanism of apoptosis induced by curcumin prompts the participation of cytoskeleton,and the increased hardness of cancer cells can further inhibit cell migration and movement in the distance.
