目的：研究胃癌根治术患者采用全身麻醉以及全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉两种方式对术后疼痛程度的影响比较。方法：选择在本院行胃癌根治术的64例患者，将其按随机方法分成观察组与对照组，每组各32例。对照组在胃癌根治术时选择全身麻醉，观察组则选择全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉。在术后不同时间点评定患者的疼痛程度，将两组评定结果进行比较。结果：术后1h两组的疼痛程度评分比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。而术后4、8、12、24、48 h两组疼痛评分比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在胃癌根治术患者中，运用全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉有利于控制患者术后的疼痛，对改善患者的生活质量有较大的意义，值得临床参考使用。
목적：연구위암근치술환자채용전신마취이급전신마취연합경막외마취량충방식대술후동통정도적영향비교。방법：선택재본원행위암근치술적64례환자，장기안수궤방법분성관찰조여대조조，매조각32례。대조조재위암근치술시선택전신마취，관찰조칙선택전신마취연합경막외마취。재술후불동시간점평정환자적동통정도，장량조평정결과진행비교。결과：술후1h량조적동통정도평분비교차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）。이술후4、8、12、24、48 h량조동통평분비교차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：재위암근치술환자중，운용전신마취연합경막외마취유리우공제환자술후적동통，대개선환자적생활질량유교대적의의，치득림상삼고사용。
Objective:To study the effect of pain degree of patients after radical operation for carcinoma of stomach by using two ways of general anesthesia and spinal anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia. Method:64 cases of the patients underwent radical operation for gastric cancer in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group,32 cases in each group. The patients in control group were underwent the radical operation for carcinoma of stomach with general anesthesia while the observation group with spinal anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia. At different time after the operation the pain degree of patients were evaluated and the evaluation results in two groups were compared. Result:The postoperative pain score of 1 h in two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05). And the comparison of the pain scores at different time points of postoperative 4,8,12,24 and 48 h ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients of the radical operation for carcinoma of stomach,using spinal anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia is more conducive to the control of postoperative pain,has great significance for improving the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical use and reference.
