目的:分析广西县级公立医院医务人员工作满意度及其影响因素。方法采用系统抽样方法抽取广西3个样本县,共464名医务人员进行工作满意度问卷调查,计算工作满意度总分及筛选其影响因素。结果满意率最低的前3个条目分别是:“我的报酬与工作量的比较”、“工作的提升机会”和“职业环境”。单因素分析显示,医务人员的工作满意度在不同职称、不同医院类别、不同职业岗位、不同每周工作时间之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。最终进入多元线性回归模型的因素分别是职称、医院类别、每周工作时间。结论广西县级公立医院的医务人员对收入报酬、晋升机会和职业环境最不满意。影响医务人员工作满意度的主要因素为医院类别、职业岗位、每周工作时间。

Objective To analyze the job satisfaction status and its influencing factors of medical staff in Guangxi county public hospitals. Methods Three sample counties in Guangxi were selected by systematic sampling method, a total of 464 medical staffs were surveyed by job satisfaction questionnaire. And calculated the total scores and screened it's influencing factors. Results The 3 lowest rates of job satisfaction entry were “relationships with other medical per-sonnel,” “compared my rewards with workload” and “occupational environment”; There were significant differences of the job satisfaction in different professional title,different hospitals category,different occupational category,and dif-ference weekly working hours(P<0.05); Factors ultimately into multiple linear regression models were titles,hospital category and weekly working hours. Conclusion Medical staffs of Guangxi county public hospital were most unsatisfied with income compensation, promotion opportunities and occupational environment. The mainly influencing factors of job satisfaction were hospitals category,occupational category and working hours.
