目的：对平山病的临床及MRI特点进行分析。方法：回顾性分析6例经临床证实的平山病患者的临床及MRI资料。结果：本组6例，男5例，女1例，表现上肢远端肌无力和萎缩，双侧受累1例，单侧受累5例，颈椎过曲位MRI均见硬膜囊后壁前移，后硬膜外间隙增宽，其内见新月形长T1长T2信号，增强扫描明显强化。结论：平山病主要发生在青春期，男性多见。平山病颈椎过曲位MRI有一定特征性，颈椎过曲位MRI可协助早期诊断。

목적：대평산병적림상급MRI특점진행분석。방법：회고성분석6례경림상증실적평산병환자적림상급MRI자료。결과：본조6례，남5례，녀1례，표현상지원단기무력화위축，쌍측수루1례，단측수루5례，경추과곡위MRI균견경막낭후벽전이，후경막외간극증관，기내견신월형장T1장T2신호，증강소묘명현강화。결론：평산병주요발생재청춘기，남성다견。평산병경추과곡위MRI유일정특정성，경추과곡위MRI가협조조기진단。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical characteristics and MRI diagnostic value of hirayama disease. Method:Analyse the clinical and MRI feature of hirayama disease in 6 cases proved by clinical.Result:5 males and 1 female in 6 cases,with muscle weakness and atrophy on uooer limbs,5 cases showed unilateral and 1 case showed bilateral but asymmetric involvement.In the flexion position MRI scan,the forwords movement of lower cervical cord and the abnormal lunular signal with posterior epidural space in all cases.Conclusion:Hirayama disease occurs mainly in young males.The hirayama disease shows characteristic manifestations on the flexion position MRI appearance,which can help the doctor make diagnosis in the early stage.
