目的:研究迷迭香酸对肺癌A549细胞的生长和增殖的影响,同时观察迷迭香酸对肺癌A549细胞的侵袭能力的影响。方法:生长曲线检测迷迭香酸对肺癌A549细胞生长的影响;MTT法检测迷迭香酸对肺癌A549细胞增殖的影响;荧光染色法迷迭香酸对肺癌A549细胞凋亡的影响;Transwell小室检测迷迭香酸对肺癌A549细胞侵袭能力的影响。结果:迷迭香酸能明显抑制肺癌 A549细胞细胞生长和增殖,即使在低浓度情况下也能表现出显著的抑制作用;迷迭香酸有效抑制肺癌细胞的侵袭能力。结论:迷迭香酸可显著抑制肺癌细胞地生长,且通过诱导肺癌A549细胞凋亡抑制其增殖,并抑制肺癌A549细胞侵袭。
目的:研究迷迭香痠對肺癌A549細胞的生長和增殖的影響,同時觀察迷迭香痠對肺癌A549細胞的侵襲能力的影響。方法:生長麯線檢測迷迭香痠對肺癌A549細胞生長的影響;MTT法檢測迷迭香痠對肺癌A549細胞增殖的影響;熒光染色法迷迭香痠對肺癌A549細胞凋亡的影響;Transwell小室檢測迷迭香痠對肺癌A549細胞侵襲能力的影響。結果:迷迭香痠能明顯抑製肺癌 A549細胞細胞生長和增殖,即使在低濃度情況下也能錶現齣顯著的抑製作用;迷迭香痠有效抑製肺癌細胞的侵襲能力。結論:迷迭香痠可顯著抑製肺癌細胞地生長,且通過誘導肺癌A549細胞凋亡抑製其增殖,併抑製肺癌A549細胞侵襲。
목적:연구미질향산대폐암A549세포적생장화증식적영향,동시관찰미질향산대폐암A549세포적침습능력적영향。방법:생장곡선검측미질향산대폐암A549세포생장적영향;MTT법검측미질향산대폐암A549세포증식적영향;형광염색법미질향산대폐암A549세포조망적영향;Transwell소실검측미질향산대폐암A549세포침습능력적영향。결과:미질향산능명현억제폐암 A549세포세포생장화증식,즉사재저농도정황하야능표현출현저적억제작용;미질향산유효억제폐암세포적침습능력。결론:미질향산가현저억제폐암세포지생장,차통과유도폐암A549세포조망억제기증식,병억제폐암A549세포침습。
Objective: To study the effect on growth and proliferation of A549 cells in lung carcinoma by inhibition of rosmarinic acid,and to observe the the effect invasion of A549 cells. Methods: The effect on growth of A549 cells by inhibition of rosmarinic acid was detected using growth curve. The effect on proliferation of A549 cells by inhibition of rosmarinic acid was detected using MTT method.The effect on apoptosis of A549 cells by inhibition of rosmarinic acid was detected using fluorescent staining method. The effect on invasion of A549 cells by inhibition of rosmarinic acid was detected using transwell chambers. Results: Rosmarinic acid can inhibit obviously growth and proliferation of A549 cells in lung carcinoma, can shows significant inhibition even though in low concentrations, and can effectively inhibit the invasion of lung cancer cell. Conclusion: Rosmarinic acid can inhibits obviously growth of cells in lung carcinoma, and inhibits proliferation by inducing apoptosis of A549 cells,and inhibits invasion of A549 cells.
