目的：研究幽门螺杆菌（Hp）在消化不良妊娠妇女中的表达，探讨Hp感染与消化不良的相关性。方法：将本院2012年3月-2013年9月接诊的90例消化不良妊娠孕妇作为研究对象，另选取同期90例无消化不良症状和胃肠道疾病史的妊娠妇女作为对照组。对两组妊娠妇女Hp和CagA的情况进行分析。结果：Hp血清阳性检出率在消化不良组中略高于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（68％vs 59％，P>0.05）。在Hp阳性的病例中有消化道症状和无消化道症状两组的CagA阳性率差异有统计学意义（62％vs 43％，P=0.0002）。结论：在消化不良的妊娠妇女中，Hp感染增高，但差异无统计学意义，CagA血清阳性者中消化不良的发病率显著高于CagA阴性者，由此可见，高致病性Hp菌株与妊娠妇女消化不良密切相关。临床治疗，应将Hp菌株的清除作为切入点，通过清除Hp菌株，减轻消化不良的症状。

목적：연구유문라간균（Hp）재소화불량임신부녀중적표체，탐토Hp감염여소화불량적상관성。방법：장본원2012년3월-2013년9월접진적90례소화불량임신잉부작위연구대상，령선취동기90례무소화불량증상화위장도질병사적임신부녀작위대조조。대량조임신부녀Hp화CagA적정황진행분석。결과：Hp혈청양성검출솔재소화불량조중략고우대조조，단차이무통계학의의（68％vs 59％，P>0.05）。재Hp양성적병례중유소화도증상화무소화도증상량조적CagA양성솔차이유통계학의의（62％vs 43％，P=0.0002）。결론：재소화불량적임신부녀중，Hp감염증고，단차이무통계학의의，CagA혈청양성자중소화불량적발병솔현저고우CagA음성자，유차가견，고치병성Hp균주여임신부녀소화불량밀절상관。림상치료，응장Hp균주적청제작위절입점，통과청제Hp균주，감경소화불량적증상。
Objective:To study the expression of helicobacter pylori in indigestion pregnant women,investigate the relationship between helicobacter pylori infection and indigestion.Method:From March 2012 to September 2013 alone,90 cases of indigestion pregnancy pregnant women were selected as the research object,the selection over the same period 90 cases with no history of digestive symptoms and gastrointestinal disease pregnant women as control group. Hp and CagA in two groups was analyzed.Result:The positive serum of H.pylori was slightly higher than the control group in the indigestion group but there was no significant difference(68%vs59%,P>0.05).In H.pylori positive cases with gastrointestinal symptoms and no digestive tract symptoms in the two groups of CagA positive rate had significant difference (vs43%62%,P=0.0002).Conclusion:In the pregnant women of indigestion,increased Hp infection is not statistically difference,however,the incidence of indigestion in cagA positive serum was significantly higher than that of cagA negatie, thus,highly pathogenic Hp strains is closely related to the pregnant women indigestion.Clinical treatment,Hp strains should be clear as a breakthrough point,through clearing Hp strains,relieve the symptoms of indigestion.
