目的：探讨在跟骨粉碎性骨折患者中，应用解剖型锁定钢板与非锁定钢板内固定治疗的临床疗效。方法：选取本院于2011年7月-2013年6月收治的跟骨粉碎性骨折患者80例，随机数字表法分为对照组40例和观察组40例。对照组采用非锁定钢板内固定方案，观察组采用解剖型锁定钢板内固定方案，观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组，手术时间和骨折愈合时间短于对照组，并发症的发生率低于对照组，比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在跟骨粉碎性骨折患者中，应用解剖型锁定钢板内固定的治疗方案，治疗效果更佳，患者术中出血量少，手术时间和术后骨折愈合时间短，相关并发症的发生率低，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토재근골분쇄성골절환자중，응용해부형쇄정강판여비쇄정강판내고정치료적림상료효。방법：선취본원우2011년7월-2013년6월수치적근골분쇄성골절환자80례，수궤수자표법분위대조조40례화관찰조40례。대조조채용비쇄정강판내고정방안，관찰조채용해부형쇄정강판내고정방안，관찰량조환자적림상치료효과。결과：관찰조적치료총유효솔고우대조조，술중출혈량소우대조조，수술시간화골절유합시간단우대조조，병발증적발생솔저우대조조，비교차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：재근골분쇄성골절환자중，응용해부형쇄정강판내고정적치료방안，치료효과경가，환자술중출혈량소，수술시간화술후골절유합시간단，상관병발증적발생솔저，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To discuss the effect of Anatomic locking plate and Non locking plate in treatment of calcaneous fracture. Method:80 patients with calcaneous fracture in our hospital from 2011 July to 2013 June were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases). The control group was non locking plate,the observation group was anatomical locking plate,compared the curative effect of two groups. Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the control group,operation time and the fracture healing time were shorter than those of the control group, the incidence rate of complications was lower than that of control group. There was statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:In the calcaneus comminuted fracture patients,anatomic locking plate internal fixation treatment scheme, the better curative effect,patients less blood loss,fracture healing time and postoperative short operation time,low incidence of complications,worthy of clinical application.
