以1年生的贵州、福建2个不同种源的江南油杉为实验材料,通过不同氮、磷、钾的配比施肥处理,研究了江南油杉苗高、地径、地上与地下干质量、总干质量、叶片中蛋白质含量和可溶性糖的变化。结果表明:促进苗高和地径等生长的较优施肥配比为氮0.08 g/盆+磷0.12 g/盆+钾0.09 g/盆,即N1P2K2处理(处理2)对幼苗的生长促进作用最大;相对于对照组的苗高、地径、地上干质量、地下干质量、总干质量、叶片中蛋白质含量、可溶性糖含量和叶绿素含量分别提高了64%(36%)、38%(30%)、124%(65%)、92%(82%)、113%(70%)、72%(67%)、69%(70%)、53%(52%)。

By taking three Keteleeria cyclolepis provenances (one 1-year-old from Guizhou province, other two from Fujian province) as the tested materials, treated with different ratios of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilization, the changes of seedling height, ground diameter, dry weight of biomass above the ground, dry weight of biomass under the ground, total dry biomass weight, leaf protein content, leaf soluble sugar were investigated. The results show that the optimized fertilization ratio was nitrogen 0.08 g/pot, phosphor 0.12 g/pot, kalium 0.09 g/pot, which could promote seedling height and ground diameter better development;The treatment No.2 (N1P2K2) had greatest positive effect to seedling growth;The optimized treatment group increased in seedling height, ground diameter, dry weight of biomass above the ground, dry weight of biomass under the ground, the total dry biomass weight, leaf protein content, leaf soluble sugar chlorophyll content compared with the control group to 64%(36%), 38%(30%), 124%(65%), 92%(82%), 113%(70%), 72%(67%), 69%(70%), 53%(52%).
