目的:探讨去白细胞输血对患者免疫功能的影响。方法:将162例输血患者分为两组,观察组81例,对照组81例,观察组采用去白细胞输血,对照组采用常规输血。输血前后测定患者T细胞亚群和免疫球蛋白。结果:两组输血前后平均体温无明显差异(P>0.05),但观察组输血前后体温平均差明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组输血反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。对照组治疗后血清CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均有明显降低(P<0.05);观察组治疗前后血清CD4+、CD4+/CD8+无明显变化(P>0.05);治疗后两组比较,对照组血清CD4+、CD4+/CD8+降低更明显(P<0.05)。对照组血清IgG、IgA、IgM、IgE均有明显降低(P<0.05);观察组治疗前后血清IgG、IgA、IgM、IgE无明显变化(P>0.05);治疗后两组比较,对照组血清IgG、IgA、IgM、IgE降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论:去白细胞输血对患者的免疫功能影响更小。

목적:탐토거백세포수혈대환자면역공능적영향。방법:장162례수혈환자분위량조,관찰조81례,대조조81례,관찰조채용거백세포수혈,대조조채용상규수혈。수혈전후측정환자T세포아군화면역구단백。결과:량조수혈전후평균체온무명현차이(P>0.05),단관찰조수혈전후체온평균차명현저우대조조(P<0.05)。관찰조수혈반응발생솔명현저우대조조(P<0.01)。대조조치료후혈청CD4+、CD4+/CD8+균유명현강저(P<0.05);관찰조치료전후혈청CD4+、CD4+/CD8+무명현변화(P>0.05);치료후량조비교,대조조혈청CD4+、CD4+/CD8+강저경명현(P<0.05)。대조조혈청IgG、IgA、IgM、IgE균유명현강저(P<0.05);관찰조치료전후혈청IgG、IgA、IgM、IgE무명현변화(P>0.05);치료후량조비교,대조조혈청IgG、IgA、IgM、IgE강저경명현(P<0.05)。결론:거백세포수혈대환자적면역공능영향경소。
Objective:To study the effects of leukocyte depleted blood transfusion on immune function. Method:162 patients blood transfusion were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group(n=81 cases) and the control group(n=81 cases).The control group was treated through the conventional blood transfusion,while the observation group was treated through leukocyte depleted blood transfusion.T cells subsets and immune globulin protein were measured before and after blood transfusion.Result:No significant difference about mean body temperature was observed between the two groups before and after blood transfusion(P>0.05).Before and after transfusion temperature mean difference,the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Transfusion reaction rate in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).Serum CD4+,CD4+/CD8+were significantly lowered in the control(P<0.05).The observation group before and after treatment,serum CD4+,CD4+/CD8+had no significant change(P>0.05).After treatment,serum CD4+,CD4+/CD8+in the control group was lower than the observation group(P<0.05).Serum IgG,IgA,IgM,IgE of the control group were significantly lowered(P<0.05). Serum IgG,IgA,IgM,IgE of the observation group had no significant change(P>0.05).The two groups after treatment group,serum IgG,IgA,IgM,IgE decreased more significantly in the control(P<0.05).Conclusion:Leukoreduced blood transfusion had smaller effects on immune function in patients.
