目的：研究心理护理干预对抑郁症患者的影响。方法：选取本院2011年7月-2013年4月收治的抑郁症患者64例，随机分为两组，每组各32例，对照组使用常规护理、抗抑郁药治疗，观察组在抗抑郁药治疗的基础上给予心理护理干预。结果：对照组患者依从性为56.25%，观察组患者依从性为87.50%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；对照组患者治疗总有效率为75.00%，观察组患者治疗总有效率高达96.88%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：心理护理干预对治疗抑郁症患者有重要影响，可提高患者的依从性，提高治疗效果，值得临床推广及应用。
목적：연구심리호리간예대억욱증환자적영향。방법：선취본원2011년7월-2013년4월수치적억욱증환자64례，수궤분위량조，매조각32례，대조조사용상규호리、항억욱약치료，관찰조재항억욱약치료적기출상급여심리호리간예。결과：대조조환자의종성위56.25%，관찰조환자의종성위87.50%，량조비교차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）；대조조환자치료총유효솔위75.00%，관찰조환자치료총유효솔고체96.88%，량조비교차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：심리호리간예대치료억욱증환자유중요영향，가제고환자적의종성，제고치료효과，치득림상추엄급응용。
Objective:To study the effect of psychological nursing intervention on depression.Method:64 cases of depression were selected in our hospital from July 2011 to April 2013,32 cases were randomly divided into two groups, using conventional nursing,and antidepressant treatment for the control group,on the basis of antidepressant treatment given psychological nursing intervention for the observation group.Result:Control group using conventional care patients’ compliance was 56.25%,while the use of psychological nursing intervention group patients compliance was 87.50%,the difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with two groups at the end of the period of treatment was found that in the control group were treated,the total effective rate was 75.00%group total effective rate of treatment was as high as 96.88%,a significant difference was found in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing intervention has important effect on treatment of depression patients,can improve the patients compliance,improve the treatment effect,worth clinical promotion and application.
