以宿州桃园煤矿为例,借助现场采样及实验分析方法,研究了矿区土壤和玉米作物中 Cu、Pb、Zn、Cr、Cd 和 Mn 的污染状况,并对玉米作物的重金属富集能力及其食用健康风险进行了探讨,结果表明:煤矿区土壤仅 Cd 存在个别样品超标,其余元素均能达到《国家土壤环境质量标准》中的二级标准;玉米作物存在明显的 Pb、Cd 超标现象,其样品超标率分别达到89.29%和60.71%;6种重金属元素在玉米作物体内的富集能力依次为 Zn >Cd >Cu >Pb >Mn >Cr,其中 Zn 的富集系数高达32.31%;通过摄食玉米暴露途径可对当地居民造成较高的健康风险,其中儿童的健康风险高于成年人,各重金属元素的风险危害商依次为 Pb >Zn >Cu >Cd >Mn >Cr。

Taking Taoyuan coal mining as an example,this paper studied heavy metals (Cu,Pb,Zn,Cr,Cd and Mn)contents of soils and maize grains,and then discussed heavy metals enrichment abilities of maize grains and their health risk,using field sampling and experimental analysis methods.The results showed that:heavy met-al elements in soil surrounding mine could meet the soil quality secondary standards,except for Cd in individual samples;Pb and Cd contents in maize grains exceeded the limitation standards obviously,and their exceeding pro-portions reached 89.29%和 60.71%;the order of enrichment abilities in 6 heavy metal elements was:Zn >Cd >Cu >Pb >Mn >Cr,and the enrichment coefficient of Zn reached 32.31%;The HI values were above 1.0,indica-ting that health risk for humans was high through the maize consumption.Children were more sensitively affected by heavy metals from food ingestion than adult,and the health risk of 6 heavy metal elements was followed by the order of Pb >Zn >Cu >Cd >Mn >Cr.
