在我国，成人教育学专业学位授予点已经走过二十年发展历程。考察最早设立该学位点的华东师范大学的全部学位论文，可见其已从初始的爬坡阶段，进入了当今比较平稳的发展格局。其所触及的论域，不仅有关乎终身教育、终身学习与学习型社会以及成人教育、成人学习等一系列基本理念或基本理论的探索，同时，还针对各种成人群体的教育与学习，展开了多样命题的思想与实践探究。在回应社会变革、促进人的终身全面发展，以及在创建学习型社会（城市）的时代背景和要求下，其前进的步伐必将迈得更加坚实。

In China ,Andragogy Degree has been conferred for twenty years .East China Normal Uni-versity is the first institution authorized to confer the Master and Doctor Degree of Andragogy .Reviewing all the dissertations in ECNU ,we could witness the development of Andragogy Degree in China ,from the initial climbing stage to the steady developing pattern .The research fields not only involve exploring the fundamental ideas and theories about life-long Education ,life-long learning ,learning society ,adult educa-tion ,adult learning ,etc ,but also include thought and practice research of multiple propositions aiming at different groups of adult learners .In the background and requirements of social change ,promoting all-round and life-long development of human being and building learning society / city ,the development of Andragogy will be more lasting and substantial .
