目前我校篮球教学存在着诸多问题，其中传统的篮球教学方法以教习式为主，不利于学生学习兴趣的培养，阻碍着篮球教学的发展。本论文提出的“分层次—自主教学法”能很好地组织课堂教学，充分发挥教师的主导性和学生的主体性，使全体学生得到共同进步，从而促进篮球教学质量与效果的提高。

목전아교람구교학존재착제다문제，기중전통적람구교학방법이교습식위주，불리우학생학습흥취적배양，조애착람구교학적발전。본논문제출적“분층차—자주교학법”능흔호지조직과당교학，충분발휘교사적주도성화학생적주체성，사전체학생득도공동진보，종이촉진람구교학질량여효과적제고。
At present there have been many existing problems in basketball teaching in my college.One of the most important reasons is the adoption of the traditional “Sue -type”teaching,which greatly restrains students’ interests and hinders the development of basketball teaching.In this article,stratified -independent teaching meth-od is proposed so that teachers can organize activity more efficiently and direct the class more effectively,while students can carry out instructions more automatically and mutual progress will be made by all students.Thus,the quality and effectiveness of basketball teaching will be improved.
