中国古代丰富的天象记录中，日食与月食的记录比较系统和完备。从现有的记录和史料中，我们不难发现这一现象：在中国古代，当有日食或月食发生，上至统治者下至平民百姓都要施行相应的“救护”仪式，用以救护日月，这一传统礼制从周代一直延续至清末。追溯日食与月食的“救护”仪式从不同趋于相同，研究这一变化并且进行系统分析，不仅具有历史意义和学术意义，也有助于更好的了解中国古代的传统观念与主流思想。

The records of solar eclipse and the eclipse records are systematic and complete in rich astronomical material of ancient China.We are not difficult to find the following phenomenon from the existing records and the historical data.The rulers and common people are going to implement the "rescue"ceremony for rescuing the sun and the moon when the eclipse occurs in ancient China.This traditional ritual from Zhou Dai has been extended to the late Qing Dynasty.We can find the solar eclipse and the eclipse of the "rescue"ceremony from different tends to be the same by tracing the solar eclipse and eclipse "rescue"ceremony.It not only has historical significance and academic significance,but also contribute to a better understanding of the ancient China traditional concepts and the mainstream ideology that research and systematic analyze the change.
