目的:调查医院医务人员报告药品不良反应(ADR)情况,分析漏报原因,为做好 ADR 上报工作提供依据。方法采用调查问卷的方式,就 ADR 监测状况的相关问题,对医院医务人员进行调查分析。结果共发放问卷470份,回收有效问卷447份。能正确理解 ADR 概念的医务人员仅占45.41%,54.36%医务人员不能正确认识 ADR 评价准则;63.98%医务人员从未上报过 ADR;不知道 ADR 报告程序、不会写ADR 报告、诊断有困难不能确定 ADR、填写报告太复杂、科室没有考核要求、医院无法查阅有关 ADR 信息及顾虑担心引起医疗纠纷是影响医务人员漏报 ADR 的主要因素。结论对医务人员 ADR 知识培训和宣传力度不够是 ADR 漏报的主要原因。应加强对医务人员教育培训力度,深刻认识 ADR 的危害性和 ADR 上报工作的重大意义,提高医务人员上报 ADR 的积极性,是减少 ADR 漏报率的重要措施。

Objective To investigate the situation of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) report by medical staff in the hospital and to ana-lyze the causes of missed reports to provide the basis for accomplishing the ADRs report work perfectly. Methods The questionnaire method was adopted to carry out the investigation on the medical staff in the hospital in terms of issues related to the ADRs monitor-ing status. Results 470 pieces of questionnaire were issued with the effective recovery of 447 pieces. The number of medical staff who could correctly understand the concept of ADRs accounted for 45. 41% , while 54. 36% of the medical staff could not accurately under-stand the evaluation standard of ADRs; 63. 98% of the medical staff never reported ADRs; the main reasons affecting the missed ADR reports by the medical staff were as follows: having no idea for the ADRs report procedure, incapability of writing ADRs reports, non -confirmation of ADRs due to difficult diagnosis, report filling being too complicated, non - examination requirements by the department, non - reference to ADRs related information in hospital, and concerning about the medical disputes. Conclusion The main causes for missed report of ADRs is that there is a lack of ADRs knowledge training and publicity force for medical staff. Therefore, the education and training for medical staff shall be enhanced to make them realize the hazard of ADRs profoundly as well as the great significance of ADRs report work. Enhancing the enthusiasm of medical staff in ADRs report is an important measure for reducing the missed report rate of ADRs.
