针对高钒铁喷粉生产直收率低、氧化钒单耗高、产品钒元素分布不均匀等问题,提出自动喷吹装置研发需求。自动喷吹装置的总体结构主要由立柱支撑部分、横臂升降部分、喷吹减速部分、喷吹机构等组成,其中喷吹机构主要由旋转部分、耐火枪管及附属件等组成。通过总体机械结构及喷吹机构主要结构尺寸设计、耐火枪管搅拌功率的计算、自动控制系统以及操作流程等设计,研发了高钒铁精炼过程中自动喷吹装置,最后对喷吹枪管的工作部分进行了热分析。试验表明:自动喷吹装置可按照设定的操作流程运行,生产实践效果明显,耐火枪管可承受1450℃工作温度,寿命可达15炉以上。

For low recovery in the high vanadium ferrovanadium powder production, high unit consumption of vanadium oxide and production problems such as uneven distribution of vanadium element, it is necessary to put forward research and development of automatic injection device. The overall structure of the automatic injection device is mainly composed of column support parts, transverse arm lifting parts, injection deceleration parts, injection mechanism, etc. The injection mechanism is mainly made up of rotating parts, refractory barrel and accessory parts, etc. Through the design of general mechanical structure and the injection mechanism’s main structure size, the calculation of refractory barrel stirring power, automatic control system and operation process design, automatic injection device in the refining process is researched and developed. Finally, thermal analysis is made on the working part of the injection barrel. Field experiments prove that the automatic injection device can be set in accordance with the operation process. The effect of the production practice is obvious and the refractory barrel can suffer temperature less than 1 450 ℃, the service life of refractory barrel can reach more than 15 furnaces.
