目的：探讨吡格列酮联合普罗布考治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果及护理体会。方法将接诊的86例糖尿病肾病患者随机分成观察组和对照组，各43例。两组患者均应用吡格列酮联合普罗布考治疗，对照组予常规护理干预，观察组予综合护理干预，比较两组患者的治疗效果及护理满意度。结果两组患者在治疗后各观察指标水平有显著性差异（ P ﹤0.05）；观察组总有效率及护理满意度为90.70%和95.35%，显著高于对照组的72.09%和65.12%( P ﹤0.05）。结论吡格列酮联合普罗布考治疗糖尿病肾病的过程中配合综合护理干预，临床疗效显著，明显改善了相关指标水平，并提升了护理满意度。
목적：탐토필격렬동연합보라포고치료당뇨병신병적림상효과급호리체회。방법장접진적86례당뇨병신병환자수궤분성관찰조화대조조，각43례。량조환자균응용필격렬동연합보라포고치료，대조조여상규호리간예，관찰조여종합호리간예，비교량조환자적치료효과급호리만의도。결과량조환자재치료후각관찰지표수평유현저성차이（ P ﹤0.05）；관찰조총유효솔급호리만의도위90.70%화95.35%，현저고우대조조적72.09%화65.12%( P ﹤0.05）。결론필격렬동연합보라포고치료당뇨병신병적과정중배합종합호리간예，림상료효현저，명현개선료상관지표수평，병제승료호리만의도。
Objective To understand the clinical effect of pioglitazone gliquidone combined with probucol hemodialysis in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy(DN) and the nursing experience. Methods 86 cases of DN in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group( n = 43) and the control group( n = 43) . The two groups were treated with pioglitazone combined with probu-col. The control group received the routine nursing intervention, while the the observation group were given the comprehensive nursing intervention. The therapeutic effects and nursing satisfaction were observed in the two groups. The differences comparison between the two groups was conducted by basing on SPSS20. 0. Results The levels of various indexes after treatment had statistically significant differ-ences between the two groups( P ﹤ 0. 05); the total effective rate and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(90. 70% , 95. 35% vs. 72. 09, 65. 12% , P ﹤ 0. 05) . Conclusion The coordination of comprehen-sive nursing intervention during the treatment process of pioglitazone combined with probucol for treating DN has significantly clinical effect, obviously improves the relate indexes levels and increases the nursing satisfactory degree.
