目的:探讨聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗干眼症的临床疗效。方法选择2011年10月至2013年4月收治的干眼症患者60例(120只眼),随机分成对照组30例(60只眼),治疗组30例(60只眼)。对照组给予热敷、睑板腺按摩及玻璃酸钠滴眼液,4次/日,治疗组同时联合聚乙二醇滴眼液,4次/日。结果治疗后1,2,4周较治疗前泪膜破裂时间及泪液分泌试验(SchirmerⅠ)均明显增加( P ﹤0.05);治疗组和对照组比较,泪膜破裂时间显著延长,比较差异有统计学意义( P ﹤0.05);SchirmerⅠ治疗组较对照组明显增加,但无显著差异( P ﹥0.05)。结论聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗干眼症疗效显著,可有效促进患者泪膜恢复、缓解干眼症状,保持泪膜的稳定性。

목적:탐토취을이순적안액치료간안증적림상료효。방법선택2011년10월지2013년4월수치적간안증환자60례(120지안),수궤분성대조조30례(60지안),치료조30례(60지안)。대조조급여열부、검판선안마급파리산납적안액,4차/일,치료조동시연합취을이순적안액,4차/일。결과치료후1,2,4주교치료전루막파렬시간급루액분비시험(SchirmerⅠ)균명현증가( P ﹤0.05);치료조화대조조비교,루막파렬시간현저연장,비교차이유통계학의의( P ﹤0.05);SchirmerⅠ치료조교대조조명현증가,단무현저차이( P ﹥0.05)。결론취을이순적안액치료간안증료효현저,가유효촉진환자루막회복、완해간안증상,보지루막적은정성。
Objective To investigate the effect of Polyethylene Glycol Eye Drops for treating dry eye syndrome. Methods 60 patients (120 eyes) with dry eye syndrome in our hospital from October 2011 to April 2013 were selected and randomized into the control group(30 cases, 60 eyes) and the treatment group(30 cases, 60 eyes) . The control group was given the hot compress, meibomian gland massage and Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops 4 times per day; the treatment group also was given the hot compress and meibomian gland massage, at the same time combined with Polyethylene Glycol Eye Drops 4 times per day. Then, the clinical effects before treat-ment and at 1, 2, 4 weeks after treatment were observed. The tear break - up time (BUT) and Schirmer Ⅰ test situation after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results BUT and Schirmer Ⅰ test at 1, 2, 4 weeks after treatment in the two groups were sig-nificantly increased compared with before treatment, the differences were statistically significant( P ﹤ 0. 05); BUT in the treatment group was significantly prolonged compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant( P ﹤ 0. 05), the Schirmer Ⅰ test was significantly increased compared with the control group, but no statistically significant differences was found( P ﹥ 0. 05). Conclusion Olyethylene Glycol Eye drops has obvious curative effect for treating dry eye syndrome, can effectively promote the recovery of tear film, to alleviate the symptoms of dry eye and keep the tear film stable.
