目的:了解红原县0~3岁儿童营养状况。方法在红原县各乡镇按比例随机抽样288例,准确测量儿童身高、体重,用2006年WHO儿童生长标准为参考标准,判断儿童营养不良状况并分度,然后统计分析各种程度营养不良比例。结果中重度体重低下、生长迟缓、消瘦的比例分别为15.3%、17.36%和6.25%;其中小于1岁婴儿体重低下者占22.67%,生长迟缓占20.00%;小于1岁婴儿体重低下比例明显高于大于1岁组,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05),生长迟缓及消瘦情况比较无显著差异,不同性别间不同程度营养不良比例比较均无显著差异。结论红原县0~3岁儿童,尤其是1岁以内儿童,其营养不良患病率明显高于其他地区,应加快民族偏远地区医疗卫生事业发展,提高教育水平,加强对家长科学喂养知识的教育。

Objective To evaluate the nutritional status of children aged from 0 to 3 years old in Hongyuan county. Methods Randomly selected 288 cases according to the proportion. In all villages and towns in Hongyuan County. All the children were accurate measurements of height, weight. WHO child growth standards In the 2006 were designated as the reference standard, and through these standards to judge the child malnutrition and divided degree. Then the proportion of different degree of malnutrition were calculated, and statistical analysis was performed. Results The pro-portion of moderate to severe under weigth, stunting, wasting was respectively 15.3%, 17.36% and 6.25%. The under weigth and stunting accounted for 22.67% and 20.00% in the infants less than 1 year of age, the low weight ratio was significantly higher than that of more than 1 years old children, there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Underweight and stunting had no difference in two groups,there was no significant differences between different gender. Conclusion Hongyuan County 0 to 3 years old children, especially 1 years old children, the prevalence rate of malnutrition was significantly higher than that in other area. Remote minority areas should promote the development of medical and health work, to improve the educational level of parents, strengthen scientific feeding knowledge education.
