目的：分析产前超声诊断胎儿永久性右脐静脉的声像图特征及其意义。方法回顾2013年1月至2014年6月间，在我院行产前超声检查发现合并永久性右脐静脉的40例胎儿，追踪其相关临床情况、妊娠结局。结果在40个胎儿永久性右脐静脉病例中，合并其他超声异常16例（40％），其中合并严重结构畸形8例（20％），5例接受胎儿染色体核型检查，发现1例21-三体，32例胎儿继续妊娠，预后良好。结论超声检查能够准确诊断胎儿永久性右脐静脉，当超声检查发现永久性右脐静脉时，需多角度动态观察，是否合并其他器官的发育畸形，当合并严重结构畸形时，应进行胎儿染色体核型检查。
목적：분석산전초성진단태인영구성우제정맥적성상도특정급기의의。방법회고2013년1월지2014년6월간，재아원행산전초성검사발현합병영구성우제정맥적40례태인，추종기상관림상정황、임신결국。결과재40개태인영구성우제정맥병례중，합병기타초성이상16례（40％），기중합병엄중결구기형8례（20％），5례접수태인염색체핵형검사，발현1례21-삼체，32례태인계속임신，예후량호。결론초성검사능구준학진단태인영구성우제정맥，당초성검사발현영구성우제정맥시，수다각도동태관찰，시부합병기타기관적발육기형，당합병엄중결구기형시，응진행태인염색체핵형검사。
Objective To analyze the ultrasonographic features and the significance in prenatal diagnosis of fetal persistent right umbilical vein( PRUV) .Methods To review 40 fetuses with PRUV found in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2014.We followed up their clinical manifestation and pregnancy outcome.Results In 40 cases, 16 cases combined with other ultrasonic abnormalities, including 8 cases with severe structural abnormality, and 5 cases received chromosomal karyo type detection, 1 case with trisomy 21 was diagnosed.32 cases going on with their pregnancy had favorable prognosis.Conclusions Ultrasound can diagnose the PRUV correctly.When we find a fetus with PRUV, we should analyze it from different aspect to except other organic malformations abnormality.When the fetuses combine with severe structural abnormality, they should receive chromosomal karyo type detection.
