目的：比较纯西药和纯中医治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法通过对2型糖尿病门诊病人进行纯西医、纯中医两组病人维持2年跟踪治疗，同时对两组病人的空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、低密度脂蛋白、糖化血红蛋白、体重指数等综合分析，比较纯西医、纯中医两组病人的临床疗效。结果探讨西医治疗组与中医治疗组降血糖达标与引起并发症的区别。结论西医治疗组血糖达标快于中医治疗组。
목적：비교순서약화순중의치료2형당뇨병적림상료효。방법통과대2형당뇨병문진병인진행순서의、순중의량조병인유지2년근종치료，동시대량조병인적공복혈당、찬후2소시혈당、저밀도지단백、당화혈홍단백、체중지수등종합분석，비교순서의、순중의량조병인적림상료효。결과탐토서의치료조여중의치료조강혈당체표여인기병발증적구별。결론서의치료조혈당체표쾌우중의치료조。
Objective A comparative study of clinical therapeutic effect on type 2 diabetes mellitus ( T2MD) was investigated between pure western medicine treatment and pure Chinese medicine treatment. Methods Type 2 diabetes patients who were treated with pure western medicine treatment and pure Chinese medicine treatment were tracked for 2 years, and a comprehensive analysis on fasting blood glucose, blood glucose of 2 hour postprandial, low density lipoprotein, glycosylated hemoglobin and body mass index was done.And the clinical therapeutic effects of two kinds of treatment for T2DM were compared.Results The difference of hypoglycemic standards and complications of two kinds of therapy groups were analyzed after the treatment. Conclusions The blood glucose level of the western medicine therapy group arrived faster than that of Chinese medicine treatment group.
