针对 Al Fe2 O3燃烧体系，选取纳米 SiO2、Na2B4O7为添加剂，采用离心自蔓延高温合成技术制备出陶瓷内衬复合钢管。在 Na2B4O7质量分数为4％的条件下，研究了纳米 SiO2对陶瓷内衬复合钢管致密度以及耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明：当纳米 SiO2添加量为6％时，复合钢管陶瓷层致密度最好，当纳米 SiO2添加量为4％时，耐腐蚀性最好。
침대 Al Fe2 O3연소체계，선취납미 SiO2、Na2B4O7위첨가제，채용리심자만연고온합성기술제비출도자내츤복합강관。재 Na2B4O7질량분수위4％적조건하，연구료납미 SiO2대도자내츤복합강관치밀도이급내부식성능적영향。결과표명：당납미 SiO2첨가량위6％시，복합강관도자층치밀도최호，당납미 SiO2첨가량위4％시，내부식성최호。
Ceramic lined steel pipes were prepared by adding nano SiO2 ,Na2B4O7 additives into (Al Fe2 O3 )combustion system on the basic of using centrifugal SHS.The effect of nano SiO2 on the density and corrosion resistance of ceramic lined steel pipes was studied with the condition of adding 4 % Na2B4O7.The results show that the best density of steel pipes is got by adding 6 % SiO2 and the best cor-rosion resistance is got by adding 4 % SiO2 .
