目的：探讨临床路径在精神科抑郁症患者治疗中的临床效果。方法将64例抑郁症住院患者分为观察组及对照组，32例作为观察组，按临床路径接受个体化治疗护理。32例为对照组，给予传统的治疗护理方式，对两组住院日、住院费用进行比较。结果两组比较，观察组患者住院日较对照组短（53．1±23．6 vs40．1±17．9，P＝0．016），住院费用低于对照组（313．8±61．5 vs352．4±112．4，P＜0．001），差异均有统计学意义。结论在精神科抑郁症治疗护理中引入临床路径管理，可以减少平均住院日和住院费用。

목적：탐토림상로경재정신과억욱증환자치료중적림상효과。방법장64례억욱증주원환자분위관찰조급대조조，32례작위관찰조，안림상로경접수개체화치료호리。32례위대조조，급여전통적치료호리방식，대량조주원일、주원비용진행비교。결과량조비교，관찰조환자주원일교대조조단（53．1±23．6 vs40．1±17．9，P＝0．016），주원비용저우대조조（313．8±61．5 vs352．4±112．4，P＜0．001），차이균유통계학의의。결론재정신과억욱증치료호리중인입림상로경관리，가이감소평균주원일화주원비용。
Objective This article was to explore the effect of clinical pathway in the treatment of patients with depression.Methods The study included 64 patients who were diagnosed as depression according to the International Classification of Diseases-10 (ICD-10).32 patients in observation group received healthcare according to the clinical pathway, the other 32 patients in control group received traditional healthcare.The length of stay in hospital and hospitalization cost were compared between these two groups by using t-test.Results The patients in the observation group took shorter days of hospitalization than those in the control group (53.1 ±23.6 vs 40.1 ±17.9,P=0.016).The hospitalization cost in observation groupwas lower than that of control group (313.8 ±61.5 vs 352.4 ±112.4,P<0.001).Conclusions Application of clinical pathway in healthcare of patients diagnosed as depression was effective in reducing the length of stay in hospital and the hospitalization cost.
