Objective To investigate the effect of the application of renal pelvis balloon catheter on cystospasm in bladder puncture stoma surgery. Methods 53 patients who need to bladder stoma or replace the syringes were chosen and divided into experimental group and control group randomly.27 cases in experimental group were used F16 silicone renal pelvis balloon catheter, 26 cases of control group by F16 silicone double chamber bag urine tube, the volume of ballobes balloon are all 3ml.The number of bladder spasm and leakage of urine per day and the sustained days of bladder spasm were observed in the two groups by retrospectively analyzed. Results The number of bladder spasm and leakage of urine per day and the sustained days of bladder spasm of experimental group were significantly less than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.01 ) .Conclusions The application of renal pelvis balloon catheter in bladder puncture colostomy surgery can obviously reduce the incidence of bladder spasm and leakage of urine, improving the life quality of patients with tubes.
