为进一步缩短换挡时间和提高换挡品质,提出一种基于2自由度电磁执行器(2-DOF EMA)的电控机械式自动变速器(AMT)换挡机构。2-DOF EMA集平移(±10mm)和转动(±22°)于一体,且运动时互不干涉,可实现无中间传动环节的直接驱动换挡,平移质量和转动惯量分别较常规AMT换挡机构减小30%和80%以上。参考实车变速器和离合器的规格参数,研制了AMT换挡过程试验台架,通过试验验证了所提出技术方案的可行性。结果表明,该换挡方案可实现摘、选挡的“边摘边选”功能;常用换挡参数下换挡时,摘、选挡总时间控制在40ms以内,空挡至目标挡位的挂挡时间约为120ms,提升了AMT的换挡品质,且仍有进一步提高的余地。

To reduce shift time and improve shifting quality, a shifting mechanism of automated mechanical transmission(AMT)based on two degree of freedom electromagnetic actuator (2-DOF EMA) is proposed. 2-DOF EMA integrates translational ( ±10mm) and rotational ( ±22°) movement without interference to each other for reali-zing direct shifting without intermediate link, with the mass of translation and the moment of inertia of rotation re-duced by 30% and 80% respectively compared with that of conventional AMT. By reference to the specification pa-rameters of transmission and clutch of real vehicles, a test bench for the shifting process of AMT is developed, and tests are conducted to verity the feasibility of technical scheme proposed. The results show that the shifting scheme proposed can achieve the function of “choosing gear while shifting out”. When shifting with conventional shift pa-rameters, the total time of gear selection is within 40ms and the duration of shifting in from neutral position to target gear is about 120ms, enhancing the shifting quality of AMT with still some room for improvement.
