考虑到微电网中的储能配置特点和孤岛微电网等效转动惯量难以准确确定的问题,分别提出了基于超级电容器功率监测和基于微电网频率变化率与反馈信息的孤岛微电网紧急切负荷控制策略。前者充分利用了微电网中的功率型储能设备,简单、可靠但不具有通用性;后者利用首次切负荷之后的反馈信息进行补充切负荷,能在近似估计孤岛微电网等效转动惯量的情况下比较准确地确定孤岛微电网中的有功缺额并进行紧急切负荷控制。利用 DIgSILENT/PowerFactory 建立了微电网模型,仿真结果验证了所提出的两种切负荷控制策略的有效性。

In consideration of the energy storage configuration characteristics and the difficulty in accurately estimating the equivalent rotary inertia of the islanded microgrid,emergency load shedding strategies for islanded microgrid based on the super capacitor power monitoring and the rate of microgrid frequency change and feedback information are proposed,respectively. Simple and reliable though not global,the former makes full use of the power-type energy storage devices in the microgrid. The latter uses the feedback information after the first round load shedding to perform the supplementary load shedding.It is able to accurately determine the active power shortage of the islanded microgrid by estimating the equivalent rotary inertia of the islanded microgrid and effect emergency load shedding control.A microgrid model is developed with DIgSILENT/PowerFactory.Simulation results have verified the effectiveness of the proposed load shedding strategies.
