在类比分析的基础上，警民关系系统可称为一个耗散系统。分析警民关系系统构成要素及其耗散结构条件，结合警民关系建设现状，探讨该系统演化的机制、路径与动力来源，解释和谐警民关系建设过程，引导系统良性发展。

Through comparison and analysis, the police-people relationship system can be regarded as a dissipation system. This paper analyzes the components, structures in police-people relation system and its present condition, and discusses the mechanism, path and motive source of the system, so as to explain the construction process of harmonious police-people relationship and guide its positive development.
