目的：分析超声在可疑急性阑尾炎病变中的临床诊断价值。方法：研究对象为我院在2013年1月至2013年12月期间收治的160例可疑急性阑尾炎病变患者，所有病患均通过 B 超检查，而后分析其检测准确性。结果：160例在术前通过 B 超诊断为急性阑尾炎的142例病患中，通过手术与病理诊断确诊者为128例，符合率为90．14％％。结论：B 超是当前在急性阑尾炎诊断中精准度较高的方式，其操作方便快捷、无创伤性，同时可以反复性检测，对人体没有辐射，安全性较高，值得临床广泛运用。

목적：분석초성재가의급성란미염병변중적림상진단개치。방법：연구대상위아원재2013년1월지2013년12월기간수치적160례가의급성란미염병변환자，소유병환균통과 B 초검사，이후분석기검측준학성。결과：160례재술전통과 B 초진단위급성란미염적142례병환중，통과수술여병리진단학진자위128례，부합솔위90．14％％。결론：B 초시당전재급성란미염진단중정준도교고적방식，기조작방편쾌첩、무창상성，동시가이반복성검측，대인체몰유복사，안전성교고，치득림상엄범운용。
to analyze the clinical value of ultrasonic diagnosis insuspected acute appendicitis in lesions. Methods:160 patients with sus-pected acute appendicitis patients in our hospital during the period 2013 lesions from January to 2013 December were analyzed,all patients were exam-ined by B ultrasound,then analyzes its detection accuracy. Results:160 patients in the preoperative diagnosis of acute appendicitis by B ultrasound in 142 cases ofpatients,by operation and pathological diagnosis was 128 cases,the coincidence rate was 90.14%%. Conclusion:B ultrasound is currently in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis accuracy higher,the operation is convenient and rapid,noninvasive,and can be repeated testing,no radiation on the human body,high security,is worthy of extensive application.
