目的：：探讨中医特色健康教育对痰湿质高血压病患者生活方式的影响。方法：选择痰湿质高血压病患者240例，随机分为干预组和对照组各120例，干预组实施中医特色健康教育，对照组不做任何干预，干预前及干预3个月后观察2组生活方式情况及血压水平。结果：2组患者干预前后体质指数比较，差异无统计学意义(P跃0.05)；而吸烟、饮酒、饮食、运动、血压和血脂均有不同程度改善(P<0.05)。结论：对痰湿质高血压病患者生活方式进行中医特色健康教育干预，能够改善其生活方式，降低血压，提高生存质量。
목적：：탐토중의특색건강교육대담습질고혈압병환자생활방식적영향。방법：선택담습질고혈압병환자240례，수궤분위간예조화대조조각120례，간예조실시중의특색건강교육，대조조불주임하간예，간예전급간예3개월후관찰2조생활방식정황급혈압수평。결과：2조환자간예전후체질지수비교，차이무통계학의의(P약0.05)；이흡연、음주、음식、운동、혈압화혈지균유불동정도개선(P<0.05)。결론：대담습질고혈압병환자생활방식진행중의특색건강교육간예，능구개선기생활방식，강저혈압，제고생존질량。
Objective: To investigate the effect of health education of traditional chinese medicine on life-style of hypertension patients with phlegmy and damp constitution. Methods: 240 hypertension patients with phlegmy damp constitution were selected and randomly divided into intervention and control group with 120 cases in each group. Patients in intervention group were educated by TCM characteristic healthy life-style, while the control group didn't get any education. The lifestyles and blood pressure levels of the two groups were observed before and after 3 months of the intervention. Results: The level of BMI before and after intervention in both groups were collected and compared, and there was no statistical difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). However, the condition of smoking, drinking, diet, exercise, blood pressure and blood fat in two groups had been improved in different degrees (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The TCM characteristic healthy life-style education on patients with hypertension of phlegm dampness constitution can help improve patient's life-style, reduce blood pressure, and improve the life quality.
