目的：通过临床观察小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的各种临床表现、治疗方法，总结出一套适合该病的治疗法案。方法对我院近三年诊断为“急性肠系膜淋巴结炎”的276例进行分析。结果临床上急性肠系膜淋巴结炎表现为腹痛最常见，腹痛、发热，大便性状改变是其常见的症状。腹部彩色多普勒检查（彩超）可以辅助诊断。结论肠系膜淋巴结炎临床症状各异，掌握其临床特点、发病原理、诊断和鉴别诊断，就能很好的为儿童解除病痛，造福社会。
목적：통과림상관찰소인장계막림파결염적각충림상표현、치료방법，총결출일투괄합해병적치요법안。방법대아원근삼년진단위“급성장계막림파결염”적276례진행분석。결과림상상급성장계막림파결염표현위복통최상견，복통、발열，대편성상개변시기상견적증상。복부채색다보륵검사（채초）가이보조진단。결론장계막림파결염림상증상각이，장악기림상특점、발병원리、진단화감별진단，취능흔호적위인동해제병통，조복사회。
Objective Through clinical observation of pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitwas of various clinical manifestations, treatment method summed up a set of suitable for the treatment of the disease.Methods Our hospital diagnosed as nearly three years of acute mesenteric lymphadenitis, 276 cases were analyzed. Results For abdominal pain was the most common clinical presentations of acute mesenteric lymphadenitis, abdominal pain, fever, defecate character changes were common symptoms.Abdominal color doppler ( exceeds) will help the diagnosis.Conclusions Clinical symptoms of mesenteric lymphadenitis, principles of its clinical features, pathogenesis, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, and can be very good for children, relieve pain, for the benefit of society.
