目的::本文根据调强放射治疗的研究现状,结合最优化方法,对IMRT中射野强度(通量)模型进行了深入研究。方法:详细介绍了剂量计算模型与强度(通量)优化模型,并在此基础上对我科cms与pinnacle放射治疗计划系统的优化方式进行对比。结果:pinnacle放射治疗计划系统的优化模型时间效率更高。结论:通过深入了解放射治疗计划系统的优化方式,为临床实际工作作出理论指导,并为下一阶段的自主软件开发提供技术支持。

목적::본문근거조강방사치료적연구현상,결합최우화방법,대IMRT중사야강도(통량)모형진행료심입연구。방법:상세개소료제량계산모형여강도(통량)우화모형,병재차기출상대아과cms여pinnacle방사치료계화계통적우화방식진행대비。결과:pinnacle방사치료계화계통적우화모형시간효솔경고。결론:통과심입료해방사치료계화계통적우화방식,위림상실제공작작출이론지도,병위하일계단적자주연건개발제공기술지지。
Objective: To further study the beam intensity (flux) models for the intensity-modulated radiation therapy on the basis of present research status. Methods: The optimization models for dose calculation and beam strength (flux) were introduced, and the optimization models for cms and pinnacle radiation therapy planning system in our department were compared. Results: The optimization model for radiation therapy planning system had higher time efficiency than that of cms. Conclusion: Studying the optimization model for radiation therapy planning system, could make theoretical guidance for clinical practice and provide theoretical support for the next phase of software development.
