测定了经1020℃真空加热后以不同方式冷却的 PH25钢的力学性能。结果表明,PH25钢真空加热奥氏体化后立即气淬,能获得更好的力学性能。在进行真空淬火以前,如对 PH25钢进行860℃球化退火,则可进一步提高其力学性能:硬度从48.6 HRC 提高到49.4 HRC,屈服强度从1425 MPa 提高到1467 MPa,抗拉强度从1691 MPa 提高到1743 MPa。
測定瞭經1020℃真空加熱後以不同方式冷卻的 PH25鋼的力學性能。結果錶明,PH25鋼真空加熱奧氏體化後立即氣淬,能穫得更好的力學性能。在進行真空淬火以前,如對 PH25鋼進行860℃毬化退火,則可進一步提高其力學性能:硬度從48.6 HRC 提高到49.4 HRC,屈服彊度從1425 MPa 提高到1467 MPa,抗拉彊度從1691 MPa 提高到1743 MPa。

Mechanical properties of PH25 steel vacuum heated at 1020 ℃ and then cooled in different manners were measured.The results show that better mechanical properties of the PH25 steel can be obtained by gas quenching immediately after heating and austenitizing in vacuum.Furthermore,the mechanical properties of the PH25 steel can be further improved by spheroidizing annealing at 860 ℃ before the vacuum hardening,increasing hardness from 48.6 HRC to 49.4 HRC,yield strength from 1425 MPa to 1467 MPa and tensile strength from 1691 MPa to 1743 MPa.
