TAS1R2基因是味觉受体I型家族的第2个成员。本试验采集新西兰兔共417个样本,采用PCR产物直接测序法检测了家兔TAS1R2基因上的单核苷酸多态性(SNPs),分析不同基因型与日龄重的遗传效应。研究结果如下:家兔TAS1R2基因exon 6的c.1581 G>A突变基因型AA极显著影响40日龄、56日龄和84日龄家兔的体重以及35~84日龄的平均日增重(P<0.01),可考虑将TAS1R2基因作为家兔生产性状的候选基因,以期为家兔生长性状标记辅助选择提供理论依据。
TAS1R2基因是味覺受體I型傢族的第2箇成員。本試驗採集新西蘭兔共417箇樣本,採用PCR產物直接測序法檢測瞭傢兔TAS1R2基因上的單覈苷痠多態性(SNPs),分析不同基因型與日齡重的遺傳效應。研究結果如下:傢兔TAS1R2基因exon 6的c.1581 G>A突變基因型AA極顯著影響40日齡、56日齡和84日齡傢兔的體重以及35~84日齡的平均日增重(P<0.01),可攷慮將TAS1R2基因作為傢兔生產性狀的候選基因,以期為傢兔生長性狀標記輔助選擇提供理論依據。

TAS1R2 gene is the second member from taste receptor type I family. In this study, a total of 417 New Zealand rabbits were collected to analyze the single nucleotide polymorphism of rabbit TAS1R2 by direct sequencing method. The results as follows:genotype AA from the c.1581 G>A mutation of rabbit TAS1R2 gene in exon 6 had significant effect on rabbit′s 40-days weight, 56-days weight, 84-days weight and 35~84-days average daily gain (P<0.01). So TAS1R2 gene was considered to candidate gene of rabbit′s production traits,it might be to provide theoretical ba-sis for auxiliary selection for growth trait markers in rabbits.
