目的：通过对比观察腹腔镜经脐三通道法和传统开放式手术治疗腹股沟型隐睾，探讨腹腔镜经脐三通道法治疗小儿腹股沟型隐睾的可行性及优势。方法选取我院2010—2014年收治的腹股沟型隐睾患儿，采用B超检查，均确诊为腹股沟型隐睾60例，其中30例采用开放式睾丸下降固定术，30例采用腹腔镜经脐三通道法睾丸下降固定术。结果两组病例中，均痊愈，术后随访半年至1年，无睾丸回缩及萎缩。采用开放式手术，创伤大、疼痛明显，术后腹股沟可见一陈旧性手术疤痕，采用腹腔镜经脐三通道法，具有可行性，术中损伤小，术后疼痛轻，随访腹壁无可见疤痕。结论采用腹腔镜经脐三通道法治疗小儿腹股沟型隐睾，效果好，术中损伤小，术后疼痛轻，随访腹壁无可见疤痕。深得患儿家长满意，值得推广。

Objective Through the comparison of laparoscope through transumbilical triple channels therapy and the traditional surgery, to explore the feasibility and advantage of laparoscope through transumbilical triple channels therapy for inguinal cryptorchidism in children.Methods A retrospective study of 60 patients who were diagnosed as inguinal cryptorchidism by B-ultrasonography examination in our hospital during 2010 ~2014.30 cases in test group were treated with ninimally invasive therapy by laparoscope, and 30 cases in control group were treated with the traditional surgery.Results All the cases in the test group and the control group were cured and no cases were found testis retraction and atrophy by the follow-up study during half to one year post operation.Compared with the control group, less trauma and ache, and no operation scar in the test group. Conclusions Our study showed that laparoscope through transumbilical triple channels therapy has more advantages compared with the traditional surgery for inguinal cryptorchidism in children and should be widely popularization in clinical application.
