目的：探讨经泪前隐窝径路鼻内镜下清除上颌窦真菌性鼻窦炎＋泪前隐窝骨窗内置引流管治疗上颌窦真菌性鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年12月至2014年12月收治上颌窦真菌性鼻窦炎60例，随机分组，其中对照组30例，采用传统鼻内镜手术治疗；试验组30例，采用泪前隐窝径路鼻内镜手术治疗；分别以两组患者临床治疗有效率及随访复发率作为临床观察指标，并使用统计学软件进行统计分析。结果试验组患者临床有效率明显优于对照组患者，P＜0．05。结论鼻内镜下泪前隐窝入路能够充分显露上颌窦腔，彻底切除上颌窦内的病变，手术操作方便，能够有效治疗上颌窦真菌性鼻窦炎，具有临床应用价值。
목적：탐토경루전은와경로비내경하청제상합두진균성비두염＋루전은와골창내치인류관치료상합두진균성비두염적림상효과。방법선취아원2012년12월지2014년12월수치상합두진균성비두염60례，수궤분조，기중대조조30례，채용전통비내경수술치료；시험조30례，채용루전은와경로비내경수술치료；분별이량조환자림상치료유효솔급수방복발솔작위림상관찰지표，병사용통계학연건진행통계분석。결과시험조환자림상유효솔명현우우대조조환자，P＜0．05。결론비내경하루전은와입로능구충분현로상합두강，철저절제상합두내적병변，수술조작방편，능구유효치료상합두진균성비두염，구유림상응용개치。
Objective To investigate the anterior lacrimal recess approach endoscopic removal of clinical effect of recess bone window with built-in drainage tube in treatment of maxillary sinus fungal sinusitis maxillary sinus fungal sinusitis.Methods In our hospital, in 2012 December-2014 year in December admitted 60 cases of maxillary sinus fungal sinusitis, randomized, 30 patients in control group, using the traditional endoscopic surgery;30 cases of test group, with tears before the recess approach endoscopic surgery; respectively to two groups of patients with clinical treatment effective rate and recurrence rate were observed as indicators of clinical observation, and statistical analysis was performed using the statistical software.Results In the test group clinical efficiency was obviously better than the patients in the control group, P<0.05.Conclusions Endoscopic anterior lacrimal recess can expose the maxillary antrum, thorough resection of maxillary sinus lesions, the operation is convenient, can effectively treat maxillary sinus fungal sinusitis, has the value of clinical application.
