安徽晋煤中能化工股份有限公司20万t/a合成氨原料路线改造项目于2011年底正式投产,装置生产能力达到了设计要求。针对系统配套的高水汽比耐硫变换在运行过程中阻力逐渐增大、最高达540 kPa的问题,采取了对阻力大的几台设备进行技改,技改结果表明:开车满负荷生产后,变换系统阻力在210 kPa以下,达到了预期的改造目的。

The feedstock route reconstruction project of 200 kt/a ammonia unit of Anhui Jinmei Zhongneng Chemical Co. Ltd. was formally put into op-eration at the end of 2011. The capacity of the unit reached the design requirements. As for the issue of the gradual resistance increase up to 540kPa of the high water/steam ratio sulfur-resistant shift system of the ammonia unit during operation, technical innovation to those large resistance equipment was imple-mented. Results show that after full load operation, the resistance of shift system was kept under 210kPa, which met the expected reconstruction goal.
