目的：对26例皮肤软组织扩张器埋植Ⅰ期围手术期患者的护理。方法收治26例患者，在Ⅰ期的术前对患者的心理、皮肤清洁、扩张器做好准备，术后密切观察扩张器注水过程，以及注水后的并发症观察与护理、及时处理并发症，对患者及家属进行出院后注水期间的健康教育。结果24例患者出院后经过定期注水、养皮；2例注水后期，均顺利进行了Ⅱ期手术。结论认真规范的操作、精心的护理及行之有效的健康教育可以有效提高皮肤软组织扩张术的成功率。
목적：대26례피부연조직확장기매식Ⅰ기위수술기환자적호리。방법수치26례환자，재Ⅰ기적술전대환자적심리、피부청길、확장기주호준비，술후밀절관찰확장기주수과정，이급주수후적병발증관찰여호리、급시처리병발증，대환자급가속진행출원후주수기간적건강교육。결과24례환자출원후경과정기주수、양피；2례주수후기，균순리진행료Ⅱ기수술。결론인진규범적조작、정심적호리급행지유효적건강교육가이유효제고피부연조직확장술적성공솔。
Objective To nurse 26 cases of skin soft tissue expander implant stage I patients during peri-operation period.Methods 26 patients were admitted in the first stage, the preoperative patients psychological, the skin clean, dilator ready, postoperative close observation of dilator liquid injection process and injection, the complication after the observation and nursing of complications, timely treatment, health education after discharge during water injection for patients and their families.Results 24 patients discharged from the hospital after the regular water injection, keep skin;2 cases of late period of water injection, were successfully carried out the second stage surgery.Conclusions Carefully standardized operation, careful nursing and effective health education can effectively improve the skin soft tissue expansion operation success rate.
