大规模在线开放课程（MOOC）是近年来在线教育领域出现的新型课程模式，它让学习者自己掌握学习主动权，自主探究，真正体现了以学习者为中心的教学理念。微课资源，作为教育资源建设和应用上的一种新形式，近年来也越来越受到教育者的关注和研究。针对当前微课资源网站仍侧重于视频的点播和资料的下载，缺乏交互性和开放性等缺陷，提出微课网站的建设应吸收先进的 MOOC 课程建设理念，并从网站的功能设计和技术架构等方面探讨面向 MOOC 的微课资源网站的建设路径。

The Massive Open Online Courses(MOOC)is a new course mode appearing in the field of online education.It allows learners to master the learning initiative,explore for oneself,and reflect the learner centered teaching concept.micro course resources,as a new form of educational resources on the building and application has been received more and more attention of educators and researchers in recent years.For the defect of that micro courses resource website is still focused on the video on demand and data download,and lack of inter-activity and openness.The article presented that the construction of micro course website should absorb advanced building concept of MOOC courses and explore the construction of micro course resource websites from the aspect of functional design and technical architecture and so on.
