采用小麦淀粉进行精制,三聚磷酯钠进行磷酸酯化生产无碳复写纸 CB 涂料淀粉间隔基。试验结果表明:当氢氧化钙用量在0.3-0.4%时,蛋白质含量达到0.3%以下;当上层淀粉取样在70-80%时,粒径在15-25μm 范围的达65%左右,大于40μm 粒径小于1%,;当三聚磷酸钠的加入量为4%,尿素2%时其留着率可达0.8%以上。
採用小麥澱粉進行精製,三聚燐酯鈉進行燐痠酯化生產無碳複寫紙 CB 塗料澱粉間隔基。試驗結果錶明:噹氫氧化鈣用量在0.3-0.4%時,蛋白質含量達到0.3%以下;噹上層澱粉取樣在70-80%時,粒徑在15-25μm 範圍的達65%左右,大于40μm 粒徑小于1%,;噹三聚燐痠鈉的加入量為4%,尿素2%時其留著率可達0.8%以上。
채용소맥정분진행정제,삼취린지납진행린산지화생산무탄복사지 CB 도료정분간격기。시험결과표명:당경양화개용량재0.3-0.4%시,단백질함량체도0.3%이하;당상층정분취양재70-80%시,립경재15-25μm 범위적체65%좌우,대우40μm 립경소우1%,;당삼취린산납적가입량위4%,뇨소2%시기류착솔가체0.8%이상。
The starch spacer in CB coating of NCR paper was made from refining wheat starch and phosphorylating sodium tripoly phosphate ester.Experiment shows that the protein content is below 0.3 % when the amount of calcium hydroxide is between 0.3% to 0.4 %;the content is about 65% for particles whose sizes are ranging from 15μm to 25μm,and less than 1% for those bigger than 40μm when the upper starch is sampled by 70 80 %;and the retention can be up to 0.8% when adding 4% sodium tripoly phosphate ester and 2% urea.
